Officer MOTD

I was wondering if anyone knew of a mod that created a special MOTD that just officers or specific ranks could see or knew of a mod/ui that offered this.

Sometimes folks are too busy to stop and read msg boards so it'd be nice to have a place where officers could maybe post some current news to alert other officers when they got on.

Or maybe have it be something that gets transfered via an invisible channel and shows up like groupcalendar or something.

I've done a ton of searching for it and haven't found anything like it yet. I know we could use the in game mail program but not everyone always is on their mains and ya don't want to have to mail it to like 40 alts and mains.

I'm not savy enough to create something like this but if someone knows of one or is able to make a mod that would fulfill this I'd be highly greatful!

Generally not possible since the server won't store it and so you'd have to have another officer online at all times - as soon as they all logged out the message would be lost.
