ok, so we will go to SSC the first time tonight ( or so i hope ).

I was wondering, most people agree that Hydros is the hardest boss in there except for Vashj. So, should we try other bosses first ? I was thinking maybee the lurker or maybee Tidewalker.

Now i wonder : Since the 3 bosses Tidewalker, leotheras and karathress are way on the other side of the instance, and ( i assume ) you have to clear most if not all trash to even get there, is it realy worth it ?

Do the bosses also control respawn like the Karazhan bosses do ?

And last but not least, i heared that you can "boil" the water so that you dont have to worry alot any more about the nasty fishes, which surely would make lurker easier. Any hints how to do this ?

to boil the water you have to kill all engineers (theirs about 5 large packs of naga with half a dozen engineers beside them) Water stays boiled till first engineer respawns (2hours after first engineer pack dies)

Bosses control a small amount of trash around themselves, theirs no linear paths once bosses are down really.

We downed Hydross first then Tidewalker, Hydross isnt hard, its a gear fight. You need a High NR and a high Frost tank then its just a question of teaching raid movement :)

Both Hydross and Tidewalker are High AoE fights.

My guild has successfully downed Lurker as the only boss so far. We just finished crafting gear for Hydross so that's next, but other than that not sure. I'm pretty sure you CAN get to the other 3 in no particular order, but like you said, not sure if it's worth it, or if there's a trick...

The scalding water thing is not as you described. AFAIK: Basically, when you kill Lurker, you DO scald the water. The lurker naga adds control the scalding, and by killing lurker the adds are obviously eliminated as well, so all the water in the rest of the instance is scalding (acutally making a couple boss fights more difficult, with tombs and such). Basically, no you cant use it against lurker... it's more just there...

edit- take above advice lol... I'm guessing Lurker controls the respawning of the engineers then, and by killing him they are just permenantly gone. I was a little off.
