Problems installing WoW

I decided I would start playing WoW again and I try to install the game and I get the error message that it could not be installed possibly because of a scratched cd. I have the game downloading through the blizzard downloader from their website but it is extremely slow. So I was wondering is there anywhere else that I can download the game?

Also how do I update my video card drivers...I have a GeForce 7600 GS and I go to the nvida website and then to the download drivers section but I cant find my card anywhere on there?
