Patch downloads

I had to restore my computer to factory, and now i have to get all the patches over. Is there a place where i can go that i can get all the patches at once instead of using that crap wow downloader and downloading each one at a time.

Try here (http://www.blizzard.com/support/wow/?id=aww01810p), there are some listed there. They'll be individual http downloads through FileFront as per Blizzards' own site.
