Is there any way to change the Hellforged Halberd model/skin to The eye of Nerub skin/model?

if so would really like to be given some tips/help on how to do it

I'd suggest posting/looking elsewhere then. This forum abides by the TOS.

Also note that WoW does check for tampering with the installation files via the Warden scan engine. And this infraction is grounds for account termination when detected.

Involves editing certain files and thus qualifies as hacking your installation files, and as such is EASILY detectable by Warden (it just has to compare the hashes of your MPQ files with theirs to work out that you've changed something). So in short, yes it is definately possible, but it's against the ToS, and thus the specifics of how to do it shall NOT be discussed here. Even if you DO find out how to do it, the chances are you'll get banned as soon as Warden does it's periodic hash checks.
