+24 Crit has been replaced with +24agi making these even better for tanking than they were before.

Using a data viewer to look at spell data only major changes im seeing is that Arans Arcane missiles has been nerfed from 3500 to 3000 dmg a tick and Nightbanes Nightsbreath has been nerfed from 5550-6450, to 4163-4837 (~1400).

Course these should be treated as speculative till someone can verify them ingame.

Reduction in quest reward for Escape from Skettis. The potions are now Volatile Healing/Unstable Mana (equivalents of Major instead of Super), and only two potions awarded in either choice.
