That's probably gonna depend on how strong the twink community is on your server, how old the server is, how populated the server is, etc, etc. There is no universal price for anything available on the AH.

Would you think at least 10g?

Really depends on the server, celbii. Some might think 6g is too much, others might mock you for putting it less than 50g.

Avg buyout price on wowhead is 41g, your server could me more or less.

And on some servers good twink gear, regardless of level, will easily sell in the hundreds. It all depends!

If average price is 41g then I'd list it for 30g and hope it sells fast.

If average price is 41 gold I'd put it up for at least 50 and see if there is some wealthy person wanting to gear up his twink - listing fee for a low lvl item is not high anyways, so there's not much lost if it doesn't sell.
I usually go by median AH prices that are listed on the various community sites, as stated here. Maybe start a bit higher ... you can always cut it down later.
Example: Alhakazam listed Don Santos famous hunter rifle at a median price of 2500. After some considerations I said..what the hell..put the opening bid at 2672g 83s 12c (I always do that to pretend there is somebody already bidding on it, hehe) and a BO of 3500. At which it sold within 8 hours.
The key for you is to check the rare items in the "twink" range...i.e: 17-19, 27-29 etc. to get a feel if there is a twink community. On my server, Alliance side twinks seem willing to spend about 3 times as much as Horde twinks...so you can make much more money from the same item on an Alliance AH.
