Search a MOD for my HEALER

hi,
i am searching a mod for myhealer like this:

... in a party i do not want to klick on my regular buttons to heal any in the party and after i klick back to the mob ...

... my wish is, buttons next to the partymember from all my healbuttons - andif they need a heal i klick on it but do not lose the target ...

... you know what i mean - is there exist a mod like this ?

Never used either but UnitButtons and PartySpellButtons both seem to do exactly what you're looking for:

Clique would work as well. Works with almost all frames from what I can tell.
