Blacksmithing 300+ how?

Hi Im a first time poster so be gentle please.

Heres my situation.

I've level my toon up to 300 skill in blacksmithing and chose to be a Armorsmith. Now I know it must be possible to get higher than 300 because the trainer in IF sells plans for 300+.

No one in game or my guild knows how to get higher than 300 I'm hoping that someone here knows. I've read the FAQ on blacksmithing that is posted here but by looking at that it seems that armorsmithing is capped at 300.

You have to go to Outland for further training in blacksmithing.

Go to Honor Hold in the Outlands.

If you cant go there yet due to lvl have a mage friend make you a port to Shattarath, then set your hearth stone there. There are free portals in Shattarath to get you to IF, SWC and Darn.
