Cartographer Loot

Hi I have a question about cartographer and its option to display boss loot drops. I noticed that a lot of the loot are displayed but its number ID so it doesn't show what it is. But when I click on it couple of times, the item shows up. So I was just wondering if there is a reason this is done?

If the data isn't in your local cache the addon doesn't have the tooltip for it. Clicking it queries the server for the details, hence sometimes it shows up and other times the ID just disappears from the list.

Ahh ok, if it disappears from the list does it mean no one from my realm has had it drop yet?

Not necessarily. Check your display options, you may have it set for high % drop or green items or better.
