need some help finding an addon

i was watching some raid videos and i noticed that some people had an addon that changes the location the mob info display box. It's that box which normally appears at the bottom right corner, but in the videos it appears at the location of the mouse pointer. If that is an addon, could someone please tell me what it is called? thanks in advance

You could try LitheTooltipDoctor from www.wowace.com/files which looks like it will basiclaly just move the tooltip (not tested it myself though). For something with a few more features TinyTip is a very popular choice, same link.

Yes, I recommend TinyTip. It adds scaling and positioning, as well as many nice features that help a bunch.
