Veiled Flame Spessarite

Anybody knows where is the design for Veiled Flame Spessarite? Trainer? Rep vendors?

I looked around the internet and googled for quite sometime and I still cannot find where this is found.

Yeah I saw this on mmo-champ's 2.1 JC page... I was interested in knowing where it dropped. I figured it showed up in the PTR and hasn't been found in live yet.

I haven't found it via trainers yet. The only 2.1-trainable patterns were the jaggel pearl stuff (From the aldork JC trainer or the one at Storm Spire).

There's a guy on my server that has learned the Veiled Noble Topaz recipe. I'll have to ask him where he got it.
