mainassist

since the latest version, i can only set mainassist targets when i am party leader, and sometimes not even then. it used to work just anytime, in a party or not, partyleader or not, no matter what i wanted to set as MT target.

so, did i just miss a function, or do i need to find a replacement ? If so, what would you suggest that has the same functionality ?
