Is WoW Game down?

I was just on playing a couple minutes ago. Got disconnected and now I can't login saying Unable to Connect.

Is anyone getting this problem? I'd hate to think that it's an ISP Problem considering it only happened a couple minutes ago and before then I was playing fine.
