Questing at lvl 70

I just made it to 70. im currently sitting around waiting for Pug instance runs. I gotta take a break from questing even tho they give a lot of money.

My question is, do u always get a lot of quest in places like Netherstorm and SMV? Or do u only get new quest through updates?

I'm not sure I understand the question entirely, but there are tons and tons of quests in both Netherstorm and Shadowmoon. Add to that the daily quests now, and the quests for the Ogri'La (sp?) and ... well, you ain't gonna be unemployed anytime soon.
