Enchanting guide

I had trouble raising my enchanting skill and found a guide, it said I needed to disenchant till I was lvl 50. Problem is, I cant find the disenchant spell anywhere, where exactly is it??

It's in the general tab of your spell book.

I found that DEing only worked to around level 10 of enchanting skill

[Scrub]

You can DE till you get to 50 skill points in enchanting. That's the best and easiest way to get some quick skill out of the way. Then use the strange dust you get and skyrocket.
