When I double click the WOW icon on my desktop and I just let it sit on that page while I am moving my mouse around. In a couple of minutes my screen goes black but I can still hear the music.:ponder:

Please anyone who can possibly help me plz do so. Also it does not go to a black screen when I am looking at a different Internet page:(

When i double click my WOW icon on the desktop and it opens the log-in screen i just let it sit there for like 20 seconds while i move my mouse around and my screen goes black but i can still hear the music. Although when it is opened and i go to a different internet page and leave it open the screen does not go black.:ponder:

Not a clue. No technical specifications, no information on if this is a new development or if WoW has always done this for you. Can't diagnose without facts, and precious little of those are present.

c) I can understand that you're anxious, but this ain't a chatroom, you won't get instant gratification here. Sometimes, we move a bit slow on these boards, but the info provided you can take to the bank.

So, if you want your "problem" solved, then work with Kalos and the others here. Provide them with the technical info they request and you have a better chance to have this stuff resolved.
