lag issues - Please REPLY!!!

Hey guys lately ive been having some lag issues and my game has been running slow and laggy lately and ive been having a latency of 100-300 and a frame rate of 15-etc. I have a intel pentium 4 2.6ghz and a nvidia ge-force 6600 agp graphics card. I run on cable (meaning im plugged in using a ethernet cable) and normally my computer runs good on wow and i dont know whats gone wrong. Please help i would appreciate it....

I wouldn't be worried about your ping but it seems that WOW is very RAM hungry what is your amount of RAM?

I have 1gig and 1gig should be fine... I never had this lag issues before.....its either i had this lag issue and i didnt notice it or its something new

Do you have a firewall? Or even a anti virus program? The anti virus might be running in the background doing its auto scan which eats up memory try disabling both.

I would start by reinstalling drivers and a defragment just to eliminate some basic possibilities. Have you added or taken away anything from your PC? The more info we can get the better.

This computer is custom built.... meaning i built it and by the way you want my comp. specs right?

Yeah, and when I said have you added or taken away anything I meant did you add or take away hardware, or install/uninstall and programs.

not really... its stupid because i just got lag all the sudden and before my computer use to kick ass on wow i mean kick ass i never had any lag and yeah.... now its just running like crap
