Friend's character gone

I have a few friends from work and we are all on the same realm. One of the guys girlfriend also plays. I have them all on my friends list to keep track of who is on and when.

So this morning I log on and notice that the girfriends character is off my friends list, I try and add her and it comes up as not found. So I get to work and ask him if she had deleted her character and he had no idea what I was talking about.

My question is will you get this message any other way than a character being deleted?

Strange. Ive had a similar thing with friends list removing people. Try to re-add them & they are not found. I found waiting for a bit or logging sorted the problem, so that is my suggestion & I hope it helps ;)

I will try again when I get home. But it was not just me she was removed from another person actually noticed it and told me so she was also taken off his list.

I'm hoping it was just a glitch and she hasn't been keylogged.

One other thing - has she played recently? Im not sure whether that has an effect but ask your workmates gf to try logging on.

Last time she played was around midnight last night. She is at work so she will try sometime after getting home.

The only thing I am aware of that will cause this is that the toon was transferred to a new realm.

Okay I talked to the guy last night online and it looks like she got a permanent ban. I am pretty sure they don't bot they have only been playing about a month and there highest characters are 27. And he says they haven't bought any gold.

I haven't seen what the email said exactly but I am thinking they may have something installed on one of there computers that warden picked up.

Any other ideas?

Not really, depends upon what the e-mail said exactly.
And the type of programs they got installed.

Too many potential variables.
