please help keys not working

I am starting to play again after a six month break. I did the most recent patch. Today when I was playing my M key would not bring up the map. My escape key would not bring up that menu either. I tried clicking on the button at the bottom to bring up the main menu to check my key mapping but both button and ecs key do not work.
I have only cosmo loaded. And I have not updated it since dec. Is that my problem?

I don't know Cosmo, so can't advise there. But, have you tried simply going to the AddOns menu in character selection and unselecting that mod as a quick test?

I would keep trying. Since yesterday was a patch day things can be kind of screwy for a couple days. While its not as bad as the last patch I and most of my guildmates were experiencing a few odd interface glitches yesterday such as a mob not being where it appeared to be. I would fight a mob and the person I was grouped with couldn't see it or target it, or they would be fighting a mob and I couldn't see it or target it.

My toon even kept disappearing after resurrecting. I would have to quit out and reload to fix it.

Like I said this time hasn't been NEAR as bad as the last patch with all the mail system glitches and disconnect issues, but I have come to expect random glitches for the next few days after a patch. typically camping out and logging back in again will fix the issues.

Delete your WTF folder and all keybinds should be set back to default. Along with everything else, that is.
