Last Words (addon suggestion)

I am looking for an addon that will allow me to automatically say a phrase just before death.
I would like to be able to have multiple phrases preset that would autosay based on the following factors:

Health: <percent or value>
Faction: <alliance, horde, npc>
Level: <X levels above or below you>
Area: <battleground, alliance, horde, contested/neutral>
Channel: <yell, say, customizable slash command>
Phrase: <text to say>

If anyone is able to make such an addon or there is something like that already available somewhere it would be greatly appreciated.
Also, I'm not the only one that wants an addon like this. (so if you make it prepare to get a lot of DL's)

I considered writing something like this so I could /yell something cool just at the moment of death. However, I couldn't see any way to be 100% sure I was about to die at any given point.

Even if I've got 1 hp left, there's still a fairly decent chance i'll survive any given encounter. And at the opposite end of the scale, I can get instagibbed from 100% hp. By the time you're actually dead and the corresponding event triggers, you can't use /say, /yell, etc any more. I can't see a way around it.

It would still be worth it though.
maybe a sub response can be added for if you happen to kill them after they bring you down to the point that triggered the first phrase
