Silver rod?

Hi, I'm an enchanter and I need a silver rod...except I have no clue where to get one. Can anyone tell me where I can buy one or how to get one? Thanks. (PS: I read a blacksmith should be able to make one but I have also a lv 22 blacksmith and he can't make it either...

Yes it's a blacksmith who needs to create it for you, try the AH for some. Failing that you will need to find a smithy, who has the pattern to craft it.

Requires a skill level of 100 and the pattern can be bought at the standard blacksmithing trainer.
