Hello,
I have 2 lvl31s on different servers. One is on Frostmane - Stranglethorn Vale (31 hum pal) and the other is on Antonidas - Ashenvale (31 hum war).
I have pretty well memorized almost where the quests are in Elwynn Forrest, Westfall, Redridge Mountains, Duskwood, Wetlands, and semi-ish loch modan. These new areas are tough though.
What I seek:
Finding quest givers aint bad, but if I had a map of every NPC quest giver for certain maps (such as sv and ashenvale), that would be nice.
People who power level like to grab as many quests as possible in a town, than go out of town, get as many quests done as possible, than come back to town I hear, and I try to do this. Efficient quest runs is the best and fastest way to reach lvl60/70 right?
Kinda robotic in a way, but I'd like some kind of 'Walkthrough' for certain map regions such as stranglethorn vale, that has all these quests mapped out, and lines to show you exactly where to go n stuff....
Ultimate one question: Say for stranglethorn vale, I want a walkthrough on how to complete all the quests in this region, using the most time efficient means of doing all these quests in the least amount of time.
Thank you for listening and for your time,
Neo

There is a guide called Joana's Alliance Powerlevelling guide that gives you specific instructions on what to kill and do at what level to levelup the quickest. It is confirmed by many that it is indeed very good.
Unfortunately it's not free (probably due to the work that was involved in making it)...
Your choice.
EDIT: Correction Joana's guide is for Horde. Brian Kopp's Guide is for Alliance.

Alternatively google the words:
Jame's guide
And you'll have a free guide, lvl 30-60, mainly doing quests for both Alliance and Horde. I'd post a link but iirc it's got gold-ads (these days this site is the only one that shows adds.. I agreed to let them show so I made an exception for AdBlock Pro).

i haven't bothered with a guide cuz after i did one alliance toon i found the next 3 to be really easy cuz i knew the quests. a few months back i started a horde toon and was a bit put out cuz i was questing so slow. i went looking and found a mod called cartographer and it sounded like exactly what i needed. i installed it and it was sweet, but it only told me quest objectives after i had done the quest. i went checking on their forum and found a shared quest database where all the users merged their databases to hopefully get all the quests covered. i grabbed that and now when i accept a quest i get an icon on my map of where the objective is. its not perfect cuz on stuff like escorts it only shows you the final destination of where you are going to be taking the chicken or whatever to, but it is dang handy. i'd give that a try.

James' guide is really good. Suggest you look over on Wow-pro. I won't post a link because it's against the rules here but you should be able to find it. If you are not lvl 30 yet I would suggest a guide available on that same site called "Duskwood leveling guide lvl 20-30" as it is a very efficient guide and prepares you nicely to carry on with Jame's guide.
One word of advice i would give: don't lock yourself in to following a guide. The root word here is "guide" meaning use it to guide you where to go and what to do but by all means have fun and feel free to deviate from the guide and do things your own way.
There are some quests that Jame advises not to get... I looked at the quest and said "HEY I need the reward from that quest as it's a nice upgrade" so did the quest anyways. Also I have done things out of order because I would have a friend log on that wanted to group and he was doing some of the quests way down the road according to the guide so I ran those with him then just picked up where I left off later.
Also, there are errors in chapter 1 of James guide (says west instead of east, wrong coordinates, etc.) so you will have to make allowances for that.
If you use a guide make sure you download an addon that gives you coordinates - I would recommend Titan Panel. You can get all the addons you need right here on WorldOfWar.Net in the UI section and YES I definitely recommend downloading the UICentral client. It works VERY well and eliminates having to figure out where to install folders and such.
Make sure after you install the addons that you enable any that are out of date when you log in to WOW - you will see a link that says "addons" in the lower left hand corner of your login screen.
