Engineering Recipe Locales

I recently dropped herbalism/Alchemy for Mining/engineering for increased fun. My engineering is just below 300 and I was hoping to try and farm the new helmet recipes so that one day far in the future I could actually make it since I always lose the nethers.

Problem is, I can not find anywhere that states where the patterns might drop. A couple of people have posted "my firend has this hat...ect" but I haven't seen any of the drop locations or vendors its supposed to come from am I overlooking something?

They're on the grandmaster engineers in Outland. Require 350 skill to learn and are comparable to tier 5.

Works even better if your character can use multiple sets (warriors, priests, druids, paladins, etc.).
