Ok here you go:
Level 60 Undead Shadow specced Priest
vs
Level 60 Human Affliction specced Warlock

Rest being equal (ie, gear/skill), I'd be leaning towards the Shadow Priest. Though the pet will be rather annoying for the priest, the Priest can break fear twice, will do about as much damage and can dispell mage/heal if needed.

Would still be a rough fight though, me thinks.
