Ok, why are blizz giving you alchemists such a raw deal?! (my wifes one and we just realised the implications )

I mean for one your mastery doesn't give you a set number of extra pots/flasks, whereas us tailors always get an extra cloth.

But more to the point what is the deal with the alchemist lab?! I mean I need to use a mana loom to make mats but they're just in shat. If you guys want to make flasks (so we're talking often used consumables here.. not just the odd item!) you have to run scholo/bwl! That is utterly pathetic of blizz! Not only is it unfair just on the face of it but who on earth runs these instances at level 70?!

Aren't you guys sacrificing enough by not taking your natural crafting profession hence missing out on your crafted BoP epics anyway!

Well, thats my blowing off steam done! But seriously what do you guys make of it?

There's an alchemy lab in Shattrath.

Oh, didn't find any referance to one on any sites I searched. LOL!

Cheers!

Near the Alchemy trainer unless I'm very much mistaken.

It doesn't look like an alchemy lab at all. Just a table with a flask on it, AND it's up a tree.

If you go to the Alchemist in Lower City, and go down to the platform below him, at the back nr the wall is a table.

That's the Alchemy lab.

Yup... and aside from transmutation, the procs for elixir and potion mastery have no cooldown.

Transmutation mastery should work like the tailoring professions though - an automatic 2x, instead of a random 1-5x. It would probably still equal out in the long run though.
