How do you set them? I saw them mentioned in a previous topic but im at a loss to finding them.

It should be within the Cartographer download, assuming you've got it from an official source (http://files.wowace.com/Cartographer/Cartographer.zip). (That link is the absolute safest and most up-to-date, always.) Go to the menu and make sure the "waypoints" module is enabled. You can use the commands from Cartographer's Waypoint wiki (http://www.wowace.com/wiki/Cartographer/Waypoints).

Or alternatively you could try ctrl+right click (think that's it anyway) on the map to create a note, then right-click that note and choose "set as waypoint".

Or you sould just simply ctrl-right-click on the map and choose "set as waypoint", avoiding having to deal with useless notes.

If you need to set a waypoint to a NPC already marked on your map, do a /way NPCName where NPCName can be a partial match to the name.
If you have coordinates, do a /way XX,YY

Works for Cartographer too. I don't have TomTom installed.
