Try poking around Silverpine for a bit, or you could do the lowbie quests in Mulgore and Tirisfal Glades. Easy to accomplish, still give rep and quest exp even if the mobs do not. Get some additional greens which you could sell/DE.
Another option is Ghostlands, but then you'd need TBC, and I don't know if you have that.

You just have to be patient and find somewhere within your comfort zone. Make sure you upgrade your weapons and armour along the way from the vendors (or the auction house if you have the cash, which new comers generally don't).
It is very important as a warrior to have updated gear as it directly impacts on your survivability and also how quick you can kill things.
The best way to know if you're in the right area, especially as a warrior, is if the creatures you're killing are of equal level or below. It's just not worth killing higher levels as a warrior because we don't have the tools to survive at that level like hunters do, for example.
If you haven't already, try learning new weapon skills at the weapon master in Orgrimmar and get yourself a nice big two handed weapon to increase your damage.
Go back into Mulgore if you're still having problems killing things and make sure you do every quest there.
14-20 can be a difficult time for a lot of classes, just like 45-50 can be a slow process for a lot of classes too. Patience is the key, it'll get better

Barrens.
Seriously.
It's loaded with more quests than you can shake a (rather hefty) stick at.
You nearly have to beat the quest givers away from you. Heck, you get the levels for free !

Plus, you get that great resource, Barrens General Chat!
Joking aside, it's a nice sunny, and laid-back place to do some easy quests. There's a fair bit of walking involved, but the scenery is nice..

What do you mean no quests? I've got a 27 Lock and I've hardly left the barrens. You can easily level to the mid 20's there possibly 30 if you do the instances.
You can start there at L15. It just takes a little while to get with the flow of stuff.

Hint, look for yellow question marks over the heads of NPCs...

If your just grinding away, make sure your killing mobs at least your level, if not higher.
Skip quests that tell you to go to far away places for now . Its a huge time waster. Stick more to quests that tell you to kill xx number of a mob. You then get the exp for the grinding and exp for the quest. And those quests are often chains.
If your not having fun in Barrens head to Westfall. Its a fun place and by the time you finish the few quests there you will be ready for Deadmines.

Check out Silverpine Forest and the blood elf newbie zone, if you have the expansion pack. Ghostlands from 14-20 is a lot of fun. You can get there via the summoning stone in Undercity.

ghostlands for sure... 15-20 took me a couple of hours with a mage partner of the same level... the quests are easy, and they give tonnes of exp and awesome rewards....

Kall, that is just too funny.
Lighten up, undeadgnome, at least have the courtesy to admit it was a good joke. That is hardly trolling. Take things with a big grain of salt.

Well let's just say that I have taken so much salt i'm dehydrated. He does nothing but mock me EVERY TIME! He in every post has done this! Yes, it is funny, but it's like watching the same comedy over and over. It's becoming more of an annoyance now. Trust me I can take thousands of jokes, some even like his a couple times, but it's getting annoying. It was funny but still.

Yeah, sorry, but I was close to using the word "pwned" in my previous post, and I don't do that often.
I'm sure he means no harm. When you leave your goal open, people tend to shoot right into it. I suggest if you are really tired of it, try to politely take it up with him before exploding next time. We moderators do have better things to do than come between every petty squabble.
EDIT: Err, this actually sounds harsher than I mean, so I'll post a smiley as well!

No one likes to be a constant butt of someone's jokes, but let's face it... you really asked for it with that post in the common forum.
It's good natured ribbing though undead, try to have a thick skin and just joke back.
Most of us understand that you just want to help and give a little back to the community but it may take a little while to live that post down :innocent:
