Maximum Instances Per Day?

I remember reading somewhere that a maximum of 5 instances is allowed for a toon per day? (resets also count) Can anyone confirm this?

also does this only apply to BC instances?

If heroic though you can only do each heroic once each day, bummer

You can use the "Reset All Instances" option five times per hour, but it won't work on raids or heroic dungeons. Raids reset every wednesday and heroic dungeons every 24 hours.
