Hello guys, I'm a rogue and am getting ready to respec into engeneering for the lvl 70 PvP, and I wanted to clear things out about the Gmomish MC Cap.
In it's description it mentions : Increased chance of failure when used against targets over level 60. How big is that failure chance?
Is the Cap still worth the trouble? Has anyone been using it still and how successfuly?
