Noob Alchemy Question

This is my first build on WoW and I have my Alch up to 225. Now what, how do I get it above 225? Trainer, book, quest? If so where can I find these

Ask your highest trainer, and they'll tell you where to go for the next one.

At 225 Max, the Alliance Artisan trainer for alchemy is in Feathermoon Stronghold in Ferelas. If you're Horde, the Artisan trainer is in Stonard, Swamp of Sorrows.

They will give you the next skill tier and a handful of recipes up to about 240/250, I think.
