Well this might sound weird but here it goes.

I have been playing world of warcraft for about 2 years now and well yester day i could not log in and got a message my account was banned. I then followed the link that told me to read the mail... there was none.

After several times trying to mail blizzard i got the mail of my suspension. The reason was: Use of unapproved Third Party Software
The punishment was: Account suspended for 72 hours and Final Warning issued

Well i read up that this was a very rare punishment. The weird thing is i don't know what it is that should be the software. I use mods all from cursed gameing they should be ok. Here a list:

Titan
Casmos
Bongos
Gatherer
Auktioneer
CT_raidassist (guild demand)
KLM threatmeter (guild demand)
group calendar (not using it but haven't removed it yet)

The windows programs i have running in background are:

MSN
Skype
outlook express
explorer

Well i use windows vista and i think that is it.

Anyone can see illegal software in that list? Or anyone know a way to contact blizzard they don't answer any of my mails and i can't log onto offical forum. I really am sorry of the suspension and don't know why and i don't want to lose my account so i have to find that illegal software and get rid of it. I did a adaware sweep and did remove 10 critical objects but i hope its none of them:cry:

plz someone help me i am getting desperat

If, IF, you really did nothing consciously (sp?) wrong, change your password as soon as possible, get an antivirus (or better, two) program, a personal firewall, adaware again, spybot, whatever you can think of, and resweep your computer with all of it. Check all the processes working in the background (ctrl-alt-del -> taskmanager -> processes), do a google search for each of them to see what they do.

If all comes back clean, change your password AGAIN, log on (when you get access again), page a GM and ask if they'd be helpful and tell you what exactly they think you had running, so you can get rid of it.

You also need to recognize the fact that these people have a fair bit to do, so you can't expect an answer to your e-mails within 15 minutes. It's not unusual for it to take a day or two.

Yes i have changed the password this monday. Cause i one of my friends kids might have seen me type it. Last time that happend it resulted in a new char on my account.

Ihave sweept my PC several times now i am useing AVG 7,5 and adaware. I will do a deeper scan today. Just to be sure, i know this little program (hijackthis) that tells you all the programs running and in your reg database.

And no i did nothing on purpose wrong.

My advice is be careful until you hear concrete from Blizzard. If your ban is 72 hours and you have found no "bad" software in that time, then if you log in they could get you again. That was your final warning so thats it.

Wait for a GM or Blizz techie to contact you before logging in again. I had to contact Blizz through their internet wizard on their forums and it took a week for their reply to come back.
