Dragonstrike Leggings or Devilsaur Leggings

I just dinged 55 with my hunter. Right now I am wearing Dragonstike Leggings (http://wowdigger.com/item/view/29971/dragonstrike-leggings), but I was thinking about making Devilsaur Leggings (http://wowdigger.com/item/view/15062/devilsaur-leggings)

and to complete the Devilsaur set, I would also make Devilsaur Gauntlets (http://wowdigger.com/item/view/15063/devilsaur-gauntlets) to replace Wicked Leather Gauntlets (http://wowdigger.com/item/view/15083/wicked-leather-gauntlets)

I think changing to the Devilsaur set would be an upgrade, but I'm not total sure on how you compare the loss of stamina with the gain of the extra attack power.

Make them if you can farm the mats or have them.... nice set. BUT... at 55 you will likely head to Outland soon and end up replacing the Devilsaur set pretty fast... so I would not spend lots of time/gold on getting the gold/mats for them if you don't already have it.

As far as the mats, I have them, it's the pattern for the leggings that hasnt dropped yet. I was considering buying the pattern on the AH, but I think I'll only make the leggings if the pattern drops while I finish my quests in this area. You are right, I will be in the Outlands soon, and I understand that the drops are much better there.

The devilsaur stuff sells pretty well though, just cause it normally a pain to take out one of the things unless you outlevel the crap out of it...and you need to kill about 5 or six to make the gloves I think.

The devilsaurs are easy - kitable, low life, hit like my granny and no annoying specials (one has a fear but only 2 sec duration.) soloed all of them at level 54 with my druid iirc. just to see if I could.
