I have bought the Retail cd and am trying to make a new account with the free 30 days it comes with  so I get to the credit card part. I type in the info on my moms credit card EXACTLY and it says the vertification code is wrong.
I dont think its the credit card as I tried my dads too. is this a problem with the website or the cards?

Are you sure you are entering the correct verification code? That code is not the credit card number, it's the last three digits of the number on the back of the card.

Here are a few examples of verification codes:

When in doubt, ask your parents for the correct number. Provided that they know you are using their card, of course... :wink2:

If you know it's right, then there might be a problem with the card. I never had problems authenticating on Blizzard's website.

Are the cards expired ? (or near to expiration?)
They change the verification code when new cards are issued.

Even though you will get 30 days of free playing time, you still have to use a valid credit card to start the account. (not saying you didn't, but make sure you enetered all the card numbers correctly)

Was it Bank of America? For some reason, Blizzard sometimes chokes on BoA cards.
