I've stopped playing WoW. Very close to end-game, I just didn't feel the game was fun anymore. My parents yell at me for playing it, my friends hate that I play it, I just found that it wasn't worth my time. So, I gave my gold to some guildies to help with their epic mount funds (all 1213g) and told my guild my last goodbyes. Luckily, I'm going to Las Vegas for the week, starting Tuesday, so that'll help me get it off of my mind.

I doubt I'll come here much more, but it was fun while it lasted guys! Gonna miss you :wink:

It seems that a lot of people who quit are end game, or near end game.

I only play a few hours a day and it seems to keep the game fresh, giving me things to do.

I can see how getting to near end game and basically just raiding a lot, wiping on new encounters and learning them would take a lot of fun out of the game.

Yep. I quit wow after I reached 70 due to bored of grinding and no frieds to play with.

50 hours later, I was bored again so I rolled two characters on a pvp server and started over again.

I found leveling more fun than end-game for some reason. I am taking my time to do all the instance, learn new professions and meet new friends this time.
