+healing enchants

I've started up a Holy Priest (lvl 25) and wondered what +healing enchants I can get for my gear?

I've seen some listed but there lvl 35 and above.

So are there any enchants at my lvl?

nothing worth getting, unless your priest is a twink and plans on staying in a level bracket

Not really worth worrying about enchants at that level- you are going to be changing all your gear far too often as it is. As a rule, the low level stuff tends to have few good stats for +heal/+spelldmg anyway, just the way it is.

Don't fret about enchants. Use the best of the +heal, +dmg/heal, +int gear that you have. You'll have time to worry about min/maxing your gear later. You don't need a tonne of enchants to heal at that level anyway- heck, you don't even need to spend talent points on it at that level :)

Focus talents on Shadow
Focus gear on spirit and intellect, then stamina
strength and agility is useless to you
+dmg and +healing is too rare and too little to matter

around L40 get the Dreamweave gearset.

You'll find some odds and ends with +heal on them, but they frequently won't have a great stats spread- sometimes even some dmg/heal gear with some int/stam too. However, you really will be replacing stuff at quite a rate, so focus on making the best combinations of the stuff that is available to you rather than spending time/gold seeking specific gear. To paraphrase, you can't always get what you want, but you'll get what you need. Just focus on enjoying the game, learning the ropes, getting the hang of what your class does, how it works- and know how to recognise the stuff with useful stats when it's available to you. You really can get to 60 doing a perfectly good job without any +heal, just by playing as best you can- but obviously grab useful stuff if it turns up.

my priest is up to 58 and i really didn't upgrade much gear at all and i'm even a tailor lol. one of the first outlands quests just replaced my dagger and omega orb i got from way back at scarlet monastary. i just put all my points into shadow till 40 and got shadowform. then i got imp renew and then just keep adding to shadow. not worrying much about healing atm. leveling a priest and worrying about healing is just crazy talk imo lol.
