Toottip Help Plz

I am really getting annoyed at seeing what every stupid button I have, telling me what it is when I mouse over it. I use Bartender 3, and just hate to see the stats on my horse, hearthstone, etc.
Is there any mod that will stop ALL toottips from being shown? I really hate being in battle, and moving mouse over button to see it say "psychic stream" !!!

I guess you can make macros for the spells you want.

Go to the interface options and uncheck "Show Beginner tooltips" and/or "Show Advanced tooltips".
