Why is the europe website account management and forums all offline i cant get into any of them it just says "internet explorer cannont display this page " please help.

It is down today. It is in the news of this page and it was an announcement on your login page yesterday. Maintenance on that page...don't worry it will be back.

It was supposed to come back up 9am Europe game time (Paris). Still no sign of it yet so they must have taken all the bits out, put them back in again and found they were left with a couple of nuts and bolts that they have no clue about.
