Definitely have too much time on my hands. For all of you people who've ever wondered what the ratio of Sunfury Signets to Arcane Tomes needed to reach Exalted with the Scryers (substitute Aldor rep items for the Aldor equivalent), here's a brief little formula you can use:
Assuming: You've used only Firewing Signets to reach Honored, after which you completed all the quests in Netherstorm and Shadowmoon Valley related to your faction of choice, leaving you with 26030 points to reach Exalted.
The Formula:
# of Sunfury Signets Required = 1041.2*(1-([Num. of Arcane Tomes]*0.013446))
With no arcane tomes, you will need roughly 1042 Sunfury Signets to hit Exalted. Each Tome reduces the number needed by 1.3446%. Going by Arcane Tomes alone, you'd need 75 to hit Exalted. I hope you find my numerical meanderings marginally useful.
