Need help finding a mod

I'm trying to find a mod that they use in the Nihilum videos, Bad Omen videos...I always see these european guilds using them...it looks so awesome, its a X-Perl UnitFrames type thing like a interface mod but I don't know what it's called. i can get a screenshot

that's definatly not x-perl, or even remotly realted to x-perl, or perl classic.

try ratingbuster? all I can think of ATM.
