Newest EU Sever/Realm?

Well im starting playing again, and im wondering which is the newest preferably PvP realm in the EU? Are there plans for any new ones to start soon?

Otherwise any good realms you can recommend or play on? I have a 60 on Jaedenar and Killrog.

i'd suggest to pick up one of your 60's and level them to 70 ?
