It's a beautiful thing when you can laugh at the little things in life.

Unfortunately, I fail to see any humor in this, am I missing something?

Maybe he doesn't lag, and always gets the mob. And thought it was funny that his friend lags, and sometimes gets the mob?

lol. Ya i guess you would have to get it to be funny.

Once you have to explain something it lacks the humor.

But anyway... basically he doesnt lag on his own laptop, but my 2nd computer he does lag on cause its only got 512mb ram and not the fastest cpu... so he is always complainin about the lag at my house........ So it was hillarious when we were in pvp arena and he was just hitting and on his screen nothing was happening....... my screen he had already killed the horde.......

So it was hillarious when he was like "Did I get him!??"

Seems very situational. If something similar happened to me, I'm sure I'd chuckle. But it's hard to get people to imagine it afterwards.

I got it on the first post. Funny .

I imagine someone wavering a sword at someone with their other hand covering their eyes and then asking their friend "did I get him?".

Or my wife getting jumped by 3 mobs while taking down a quest mob and after she dies she asks me "did I get him?" since I was probably involved in the cobmat somehow as well (which means that those adds and possibly the quest mobs are now barreling down on me, poor druid, and I don't have the time to answer silly questions).

To move along to the Point of this topic...

Pally:Oh sweet 2 locks! now if we want we can wipe for fun!

-----------

Guild member: hey can you smelt this?
Me: whoever smelt it dealt it!

-----------

and of corse the Mean lock Favorite

Druid PST: hey can you summon me
Me:it might cost you, some people want money to help summon
Druid: fa**ot it doesnt cost to summon
me 5 min later: ok ill summon for free
Druid after summon: WTF!?!?! A**HOLE!

any lock should have a good couple of ideas where he was summoned...
Moral: dont piss off someone you want to summon you

^^LOL

I think my funniest moment would have to be when i was watchin this level 1 gettin mauled by this level 6 mangy wolf and i stepped in to help and then he goes: back off i don't want your help! Then about 2 secs later he died.

I couldn't stop giggling!

Often players of other games think you're killstealing if you're helping. While WoW's system of your tap = your xp might lend itself to abuse the amount of grief over killstealing we'd otherwise get is worth the small amount of abuse we're seeing now.

I mean:
Tapping promotes teamplay to get ahead.
Killstealing promotes anti-social behavior to get ahead.

You pick which one is better .

My funniest moment is on my mage playing "portal roulette" after instances

basically you open a port to darn, then u immediately open a port to shat on top of it. The two portals flicker and keep alternating between shat and darn, so if u click it you dont know where u might end up.

Where did you summon him to? I can't imagine any places that would bother druids.

One of the flying mount areas only would do the trick.

Well there's no summoning in Netherstorm, and most of them you can at least jump off and die from. I suppose the southern floating island in Terokkar would be pretty bad. But even then, druids have flight form at level 68, so it shouldn't be bothering most of them.

I believe if you summon someone under water they will die right after accepting the summon, similar to when you rez someone under water. Which if true is a pretty good prank to pull.

I would have to try that!

I have summoned a friend in the lakes of fire of BRD... but that was to get him an easy summon plus death for the key quest, then a quick res right there by his corpse - never thought of killing people on purpose until now! Mah Ha!!!!:wink2:

We were getting rdy to go in MC and a rogue that was being lazy wanted me to summon him.

I told him that I didn't spec for summoning and put my talents points in other things.

When he finally flew out and got the the MC portal I summoned the guild leader and told the rogue to click the portal :D

He wasn't happy.....

Not entirely true - they start(ed - might've been patched at some time) drowning when they hit accept. Meaning a druid would still have time left to shift to Angry Sea Mammal Form once he discovers he's in the deep end... unless his side is exceptionally slow.

Had another funny encounter last night! My brother and I started inviting people we know for a raid, including /1 ... someone from /1 joined the raid group that we had "just started" and said wtf a 3 man raid!! And he left group......

Within less than 30 seconds like 8 more people joined!

This was just for a halaa raid, so 8 ppl was more than enough. But it I always find it funny when stupid people do things like leave right before everyone else joins or whatever.

Or like when your going to run a low level instance, and you have like 4 people no healer, and one of the noobs says "We dont have a healer this wont work" and leaves group, and a few seconds later a level 70 (or any high level) joins the group to run the instance because one of us had wispered him before the dumb one left..

Those things are always so funny!

I just replied with "Its on fire?!? PUT IT OUT PUT IT OUT!!"

I found it funny :P

Something hilarious happened last night. My friend and I got a group together to do WC on our alts. So we get to the stone to summon the rest of our group. A group of alliance shows. So my friend thinks that it would be a good idea to /pvp and attack them. Well I was the lowest person in our group @ 18. They had a 28 druid.....

Well you know who died first. Ran back, rezzed, died again. THat went on for about 2 more times. (stupid me) Ran back, they seemed to have been gone so we popped again. started to summon the last person, right when we are about done with the summon, the druid comes out of no where and kills me..

Right then, I had this brilliant realization. "wait, my 54 lock is in camp t, ill be right back" Well they had went into the cave as well as I did. I killed like 3 of them and followed the rest of them to the front of the instance. They ran in. I waited, they came out, I IHOT which made them run back into the instance. But they didnt go into the instance. You could see them on the other side of the entrance, but you could not attack them and they could not get out. Well they sat there for like 10 minutes before logging out (hoping that would fix the problem I guess) so we went looking for the other 3 that had not made it to the instance. Killed them a few more times.

Well about 15-20 minutes later we were ready to do WC finally. So i log back into my alt, we the proceed to work our way down to the instance. We get to the instance and , LOOK they are still stuck there.... HAHAHHHAHAHAHAH...

/laugh

Sorry for the long post, but that was the funniest thing I have seen in awhile.

Me (shammy) and a mate I play with (paladin) were in Darnassus and we started to wonder if it really was high up, or just a trick. So we find the edge and I jump off commentating as I fall...

"ok so far"
"this is high"
"this could be messy"
"hey cool I landed in water"

So my mate decides to jump off too. 30 seconds later... splat.

I forgot I'd cast water walking on him earlier, he hit the sea like it was concrete.

Now that actually made me laugh out loud.
I did that once, and was conversing on guild chat at the time.
Went like:
"did you hit the water?"
"No, I hit a branch and died."
"Did you hit the water yet?"
"No I hit another branch, running back to corpse."
"You hit the water now, right?"
"....branch."
" I hit the water this time."
"thats great, we're in stocks right now, stop bothering us."

a few days ago i type in trade channel "wts [Eight of furies]" and then get a wisper offering me 2g for it, so i luaghed and assumed he was joking we then went onto to argue about the price of furies and he tells me he collects decks and sells them, he said he sold furies deck for 250g. i told him that he was an idiot and pointed out that the furies deck on AH was 3500g. there was a long silence and then replied "Thats way over priced"

./sigh, gotta love them nubs

Um, this was kinda nasty and funny at same time.

So I was playing on my BE. This person comes up and we group and quest, but the person plays a Female BE. We continue talking about our character talent points.

So we continued throughout questing, then I got to a quest where I had to kill this Elite, so I asked him (he was a Priest) not to heal the person, since she stole my Monster. So after she dies, I kill the monster and get the quest done.

She says 'I was going to heal her, you A'hole'. I was like 'Dude, I needed the quest done and she took it from me, so dont blame me or call me names.'

So we got into an argument, and she finally said 'Haha, my meat is bigger then yours'. I said 'Dude, your a girl, arent you', and the person replied, 'No, im a Hermit'.

Im not sure what a 'hermit' is, since I dont know the definiton of it, but I think it ment something along the lines of he/she. Unfortunatly someone else was in our group and the person said it in Party Chat, so the other person heard it, and spammed it all over General saying. <Inserts name of person who said they were a Hermit Here> is a Hermit!

So the person logged out and I never heard from the person. I thought it was kinda sick, yet funny, I believe the person was joking, or not.

classic one..

10 (or 5 man) ready for instance.. Me starting the summon doomguard ritual

" Healthstones for Everybody! click the Table! "

they click...

Boom! main tank gets randomly sacrificed and one angry Doomguard appears (which I enslave quickly before they can pummel it)

all laugh

the best thing is, they kept falling for it at elst 4-5 times.. they key is doing it only once every 10 days or so...

(this was a few months ago, I think the gfxs are changed now so its easier to see the difference between healthstones and summon altar) but I haven't played the warlock since april
