enchantID suffixID query

Has anybody taken the time to write some fancy regex so that the suffixID and enchantID (or display text for that matter) can be queried for a specific stat?

e.g. get the total + agility for an item from it's itemstring.

Yeah, a few people have. On the front page's recently updated list has Bonus Scanner http://wowui.incgamers.com/ui.php?id=4613 which does just that.
