i have a 48 mage and just about done quetsing in the Hinterlands. Can some1 give me a little overview of where to go from here on out as i get into the 50's?

There are late 40s quests in Tanaris and Feralas as well. Searing Gorge is also an option for you.

After about 50 you can head to Western Plaguelands, after about 55 Eastern Plaguelands.

Blasted Lands is also an option after 50 although I think the few grinding-quests there are boring they are xp afterall :)

Ungoro crater about 55 I think, 56-57 you can pick a few quests in Silithus. After 58 I recommend you head to Outlands as the XP and loot are much greater there. Felwood you can pick a few quests about 50, but otherwise I will say level 54-55 is more realistic.

ungoro and felwood are both easily doable at 50.

ungoro is a ganking hotspot on my server, also the elites walking around will often one or two shot you at your level. To make things worse, depending on where you die the corpse run might be one of the longest in the game.

It is a good zone for quests tho, just watch your back.

I'm in the same boat...just about to hit 51 with my rogue. I started Un'Goro and am finding that I have to be super, super careful. I would not call it easily doable, but it isn't impossible, either. Most of the quests are orange for me there, as are most of the quests I have in other areas. Since I mostly solo, I try to quest pretty close to my level. I would rather be beating on mobs than eating and enjoying the scenery. IIRC, Felwood is about the same as far as mob levels go, but with better fishing. =)

I'm going to read over a leveling guide or two tonight, but yeah, if anyone has any suggestions for quests/zones (Horde) @lvl 49-51, that would rock.

48, I like Feralas and Tanaris, 49, Hinderlands.

Around 50-51, Blasted Lands,
51-52, do most of the felwood quests,
52-53, Ungoro,
53-54, Western Plaguelands,
54-55/6, Azshara quests, stopping to grind the blood elves,
56-57, winterspring, and
57-58, Eastern Plaguelands/Silithus.

Questing for the most part, cept the part where I grind Blood Elves.
