Honour points?

Hi as you'll guess i'm a complete noob to battlegrounds and pvp in general, but I got some honour points from battlegrounds lately and am wondering how you can spend them or use them?

In orgrimmar and stormwind there is some kind of hall where you can turn the points in for items. In org it's towards the mage trainers, when you move from the flightpath over the bridge, left, then to your right.

In stormwind it's close to SI:7 in the Old Town, if you see the rogue trainer outside, it's to your right.
