Need help!

I just finished my trial of WoW.

So I bought the full version, the full version is meant to include one month free, but I can't find the game card or code anywhere in the box!

Where is the code for the month meant to be.

You do not need one :)

You just upgrade the account with the code from the box, The activation code, and that will give you a month free with it :)

But I already have a retail account, can I still use the free month on the retail account?

When you buy the full version, you'll get a code to create an account with. You'll notice that you won't be billed for your first months subscription. You won't get the free month added to any existing accounts subscription, if that's what you're wondering.

Read what I said again. If he is upgrading from the trial he does NOT get the one free month. In order to get the one free month he has to create a NEW account in which case you do NOT get to keep the characters from your trial account.

It's either/or. You either upgrade the trial and keep your characters OR you get the free month and start over.

are you sure. it's been a long time but i think i got the free month from upgrading from a trial account. they may have changed it thou.

I had to pay $20 to upgrade from the trial - you are essentially buying the game virtually.

However, my wife started a trial account and then went and bought the boxed set. It was a bit of challenge but by going to the "upgrade account" option she was able to enter in the new product key code from the retail box version she bought and it did give her the free month :smiley:.

Looks like you were right and i was wrong on this one (in this case I am very happy to say that :grin:).
