Blizzard's phone number??

Hey all my friend just got his account closed for reasons we are not sure off hes a really nice guy and im not sure what he did. He wants to get his account back and blizzard hasnt responded to any of his emails and weve been searching for there phone number to hopefully call and get his account back. if someone could give me the number so we could call blizzard that would be very helpful!
