I see Necrosis (or the Ace variant thereof) up to the right. So the timer bars are probably coming from there.

Then the top bar: that's Titan Bar. One of the essential mods.

The chatwindows are standard after some manipulating of the options (mostly splitting them in chat and combat log).

I see many addons here. This is hardly "mostly the default ui".

SimpleCombatLog (http://files.wowace.com/SimpleCombatLog/SimpleCombatLog.zip)
Necrosis (http://wowui.incgamers.com/ui.php?id=2442) or Sphere (http://files.wowace.com/Sphere/Sphere.zip) (or a class-specific variant)
Titan Panel (http://wowui.incgamers.com/ui.php?id=1442) (though FuBar (http://files.wowace.com/FuBar/FuBar.zip) which provides the same thing in a much better fashion is considered superior)
X-Perl (http://wowui.incgamers.com/ui.php?id=2855)
DoTimer (http://wowui.incgamers.com/ui.php?id=3120)
Nature Enemy CastBar (http://wowui.incgamers.com/ui.php?id=3742) (I guess that's it, never used this one though)
