Help: Setting Up Titan Panel

I'm new to this, I just made my account about 2 minutes ago, and I was wonering how to make my add-on work. I downloaded it, and I extracted the files with WinRAR, but I don't know where to go from there to get it to work. Any help given is much apprectiated.

Read the sticky. Not only would you have put this in the right forum but you'll also find a guide to installing addons there.
