Depends on the video card, the processor is fine.
IIRC some vaios come with geforce 7600 go video cards, if you have one of these you will be fine. My laptop has a 7300GO and a lesser processor than yours and WOW plays just fine.

If you only have on-board intel graphics it may well struggle though

Without full technical specifications, there is no way that we can tell you how it shall run.

Also, as this is a question of a technical nature, it shall now be moved to the technical forum.

Also, I've change the thread name, because it doesn't give users a clue as to what your actual problem is. We know you have a problem.

The onboard graphics on that laptop is a good one for wow.. but not great. it is an intel integrated card, one of the better ones from intel, but it still isnt the greatest.

it will probably get you about 25-30fps with low settings

maybe if you put XP sp2 on there instead of vista it will help run it at a decent setting

As it happens, my housemates both have Sony's with that processor and onboard intel chipsets.

It runs perfectly fine with a few of the details settings turned down.
